Hilfswerks St. Godehard fand am 21.03.2025 im Gemeindehaus <br \/>der St. Godehard Gemeinde, Posthornstr. 22, 30449 Hannover statt.<\/p>\n<p>TOP 1<\/p>\n<p>Um 19:00 Uhr wurde die Versammlung von der Vorsitzenden Esther Sch&ouml;ning er&ouml;ffnet. Die Einladung erfolgte satzungsgem&auml;&szlig; und fristgerecht, somit ist die Versammlung beschlussf&auml;hig. Es waren 11 Personen anwesend (Teilnehmerliste).&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Pfarrer Balz sprach ein Gebet zum Gedenken an die verstorbenen Mitglieder des Hilfswerks.<\/p>\n<p>TOP 2<\/p>\n<p>Der Bericht der Gesch&auml;ftsf&uuml;hrerin wird vorgetragen und erl&auml;utert. Die Gesch&auml;ftsf&uuml;hrerin berichtet &uuml;ber das Verm&ouml;gen des Hilfswerks und die Entwicklung der Mitgliederzahlen. Der Bericht, ebenso wie die Bilanz und die Aufstellung zur Mitgliederbewegung wurden verteilt.<\/p>\n<p>Freiwerdende Anlagen wurden erneut in festverzinslichen Papieren mit unterschiedlichen Laufzeiten angelegt, so k&ouml;nnen wir auf Marktbewegungen reagieren.<\/p>\n<p>Das Hilfswerk hatte am 31.12.2024&nbsp;&nbsp; 1387 Mitglieder mit zusammen 3244 Vertr&auml;gen.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Siehe dazu beiliegende Aufstellung und den Bericht der GF. Die fortlaufende Statistik wurde erl&auml;utert und verteilt.<\/p>\n<p>TOP 3<\/p>\n<p>Der Bericht der Kassenpr&uuml;fer wird von Matthias Pfafferodt vorgetragen. Die Kassenpr&uuml;fung wurde am 07.03.2024 in den R&auml;umen Godehardistr.8, 30449 Hannover durchgef&uuml;hrt und es ergaben sich keinerlei Unstimmigkeiten oder Auff&auml;lligkeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Siehe dazu beiliegende Erkl&auml;rung der Kassenpr&uuml;fer.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Herr Pfafferodt beantragt die Entlastung des Vorstands inklusiv der GF, diese wird einstimmig erteilt.<\/p>\n<p>TOP 4<\/p>\n<p>Laut unserer Satzung werden die Mitglieder des Vorstandes f&uuml;r 2 Jahre gew&auml;hlt (mit Ausnahme der GF). Eine Wiederwahl ist sowohl im Vorstand als auch bei den Kassenpr&uuml;fern m&ouml;glich.<\/p>\n<p>Neu zu w&auml;hlen waren in diesem Jahr der\/die Vorsitzende, die zweite Vorsitzende, beide Beisitzer\/in, und ein\/e Kassenpr&uuml;fer\/in.<\/p>\n<p>F&uuml;r die freien Positionen haben sich Kandidaten zur Wahl gestellt und vor der Versammlung schriftlich erkl&auml;rt, dass sie im Falle einer Wahl dieses Amt annehmen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Wahlen erfolgten mit Handzeichen. Als neuer Gesch&auml;ftsf&uuml;hrer ist Dirk Gerdes vorgeschlagen. Herr Gerdes hat vor der Versammlung seine Bereitschaft mitgeteilt und erkl&auml;rt, dass er im Falle seiner Wahl das Amt auch annehmen werde.<\/p>\n<p>Die Wahl erfolgte mit Handzeichen, wobei sich Herr Gerdes enthielt.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Herr Gerdes wurde einstimmig gew&auml;hlt und ist damit ab 01.04.2025 der neue Gesch&auml;ftsf&uuml;hrer des Hilfswerkes.<\/p>\n<p>Es werden alle Mitglieder in einem Rundbrief &uuml;ber den neuen Gesch&auml;ftsf&uuml;hrer und auch die neue Adresse informiert. Ein Postnachsendeantrag wird f&uuml;r die ersten Monate beauftragt.<\/p>\n<p>TOP 5<\/p>\n<p>Verschiedenes<\/p>\n<p>Die lange geplante Neugestaltung der Webseite ist in 2024 realisiert worden. Die Seite wurde mit WordPress erstellt und ist damit auch f&uuml;r Unge&uuml;bte und &bdquo;Nicht Programmierer&ldquo; leicht zu pflegen.
